In further reference to the letter from the Department of November the 6th last, the Nursing Committee have pleasure in recommending Hias F.S.Dupuy to the Secretary of State, as a suitable candidate for appointment as Nursing Sister in the Hong Kong Civil Hospital, to fill the vacaney caused by the transference of Miss 1.Bagley to the Federated Malay States.
I beg to enclose herewith Miss Ragley's application form and papers, and to say that she
will be prepared to leave England when desired.
